Likeminded was founded by Georgie after she noticed a gap in the market. Through her work in mortgage broking, she met so many incredible young women who were passionate about their careers, but often lacked the confidence, education or network to achieve their personal and financial goals.

The very first breakfast was made up of just five women – a real estate agent, a personal trainer, a building designer, a hairdresser, an event coordinator and Georgie. What quickly became obvious was that while everyone had networks within their own industries, there wasn’t a space bringing women from all professions together. After all, every property manager needs a hairdresser, every hairdresser needs a website designer, every website designer needs a finance broker, and every business thrives through genuine relationships.

Month after month the community continued to grow, not because of what was being sold, but because of the incredible people behind the businesses. Today, Likeminded has grown into a thriving community across two locations, bringing women together through monthly events focused on genuine connection, collaboration and supporting one another’s success.”
